BOREDBANANA.IO — BUYER PRE-ACCESS NDA & INSPECTION TERMS

This Buyer Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between the Purchaser ("Buyer") and BoredBanana.io / the originating Contributor ("Seller"). By clicking "Peel It Off" and authorizing escrow payment, you agree to the following terms:
1. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRE-ACCESS NON-DISCLOSURE (NDA)
Scope of Confidential Information: During the 72-Hour Inspection Window, the Buyer receives access to proprietary repository files, logic, architecture, and code.
Strict Confidentiality: If the transaction is disputed, rejected, or refunded, the Buyer shall NOT:
a. Copy, retain, mirror, or reverse-engineer any portion of the source code.
b. Disclose, distribute, or make public any confidential trade secrets or structural workflows.
c. Use any architectural designs or unique code blocks seen in the repository to build a competing derivative product for twenty-four (24) months.
2. AUDIT TRAIL & WATERMARKING
The Buyer acknowledges that their repository clone access, timestamps, and IP addresses are cryptographically logged. Breach of Section 1 will constitute willful IP infringement subject to statutory damages and legal enforcement.
3. STRICT 72-HOUR TECHNICAL INSPECTION WINDOW
Purpose of Window: The 72-hour period is strictly reserved for verifying TECHNICAL INTEGRITY (e.g., verifying that the code compiles, dependencies install, and core modules listed in the description exist).
"No Buyer's Remorse" Clause: The transaction CANNOT be cancelled due to subjective preference, change of business plans, or general lack of interest.
Dispute Requirements: To trigger an inspection dispute, the Buyer must submit reproducible compilation error logs or prove documented core features are completely missing. Arbitrary claims will be dismissed and funds will be released to the Seller.
4. FINALITY OF IP ASSIGNMENT
Upon manual approval or the expiration of the 72-hour window without a logged dispute, GitHub ownership transfer executes automatically, funds are paid out, and BoredBanana issues the final "Certificate of IP Transfer".
